Green Satin Dress
This dress was made from a prom dress I found at a local thrift store. The design features a gathered skirt trimmed with French Lace, hand-shaped into loops on the front. The lapel-shaped collar is also trimmed with the French Lace. There are two underskirts, one of black netting and one of satin to give the skirt body.
Originally made as a sample, the dress was worn by my two-year old granddaughter as a Halloween costume. We added tights and fancy shoes to complete her "first" prom dress!
