Register Now ~ for Sewing, Quilting & Embroidery Classes
Class sizes will be small, allowing for personalized instruction in a relaxing atmosphere. As I am not affliated with any sewing or machine supplier, there will be no sales pitches!
Classes will be held at The Pavilion, located at Trees 'n Bees, Inc. in Auburn WA. If you don't have a machine ~ don't worry! I have machines available for use during the classes. Irons and rotary cutting mats will be provided. Heirloom Sewing classes will be added to the schedule in late fall!
Kid's Sewing Classes: Ages 7 and up. Sessions are noon to 2 pm ~ Fee: $15 each session
Kids will learn the basics of sewing, notions and sewing machines while creating a unique pillow, cute tote bag, or simple lap quilt.
Tuesday, July 27th - Students will begin learning about use of a sewing machine (threads, needles, safety) and start on their chosen project.
Tuesday, August 3rd - Students will continue the sewing experience and complete their projects started in the previous class. All class materials and snacks are included in the fee.
Charity, Open or Project Sewing
Evening sessions: Every other Monday starting August 2nd, 6-8:30 pm
Morning sessions: Every other Thursday starting Aug. 5th, 10-12:30 pm
$15/session donation. Please let me know if you need to borrow a machine.
Embroidery Class: Thursday, August 5th, 6-8:30 pm, $15
Bring your machine, or use mine. Learn the basics of hooping, stabilizers, threads, and designs.
Call for a supplies list or you may purchase a class kit for $10.
General Sewing Classes: Thursday, August 12th, 6-8:30 pm, $15
